It was a functional hotel in a fairly quiet area, next to planning route thro the other station Okubo. The location of this venue was comfy. Lucky that it was at a moderate distance from Yoshinoya Shin-Okubo, offering food to go.

The location was comfy, with restaurants and cafés close to the hotel. A mini market and convenience stores were right next door. The room was kept clean and available in good condition. There were a kettle and a pantry provided.

We loved the stay, my room was practical and good sized with a chance at a decent night's sleep as well as bathroom. The staff was very amiable and efficient and always on disposal.

Clean hotel in a new building right by convenient store like Aeon, Family mart and halal food, shops, restaurants and food places. Outstanding, bright unit with futon beds, microwave. Plenty of goodies for breakfast. Awesome and brilliant location to Shinjuku Gyoen National Garden. Also, very close to the shopping strip.

The hotel staff is EXCELLENT and amicable. It has perfect, excellent setting, really close to quiet neighbourhood and restaurants with nice and train station and comfort. There is nearby Yoshinoya Shin-Okubo to grab some food for the dinner.

Liked a kettle and a pantry in the room. Had clean bathroom. Its location close to restaurants and cafés was convenient. Had nice dainties at Domo Cafe, located very close to the hotel...

The location is good, 15 minutes' walk to Omoide Yokocho nights Market. Every staff member is excellent and strives to meet your needs.

The hotel is conveniently located close to convenience stores, train stations, and down the alleyway. There are also many food options and a supermarket nearby. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The hotel is clean and offers a complete set of utensils for those who wish to cook.

The bathroom is small and there is no curtain or carpet, causing everything to get wet during showers.

Everything was good, the room was large with futon beds and microwave, as example. The decor was Japanese and the staff were amiable. It was near many shops and restaurants and quiet neighbourhood and train station, convenient and perfect location overall: )

Great location near 2 underground stations, making it easy to get around Tokyo. Small but practical rooms, suitable for families or groups of friends. Coin launderette nearby for convenience. Surrounding area has plenty of affordable restaurants. Clean and quiet rooms. Helpful English-speaking staff. Close to JR Yamanote line for easy access to other parts of Tokyo.

I recently stayed at Hanabi Hotel for a few nights while exploring the vibrant area. The location was perfect, with easy access to main train lines and plenty of restaurants nearby. The room was well-equipped with a microwave, stove, and fridge, which was great for traveling with my kids. I especially liked the clean and well-equipped mini bathroom. The wifi was excellent, and I appreciated having a mini market and coin laundry nearby. Hanabi Hotel provided a comfortable and convenient stay.
